This vintage tee dates back to the 1977 IHRA Northern Nationals at the Milan Dragway in Michigan. It’s held up beautifully over the years and has tons of life left in it. The old school graphics, hundred percent cotton, and classic box tag perfectly capture that 1970s look and feel.

The International Hot Rod Association is the second largest sanctioning body in drag racing, just after the NHRA. It was founded by businessman Larry Carrier in 1970 and started its operations mostly in southeastern USA. Some of IHRA’s most renown drivers include Scotty Cannon, Bob Glidden, and Mark Oswald.

The three race category winners of 1977 were Don Garlits (Top Fuel Dragster), Gary Burgin (Funny Car), and Lee Edwards (Pro Stock).

The tag says large but this shirt fits like a modern adult unisex small.
