This 80s vintage tee is from the 1982 Penn Relay, part of the largest and oldest track and field competition in the USA. Participants come from all over the world and belong to all sorts of organizations and clubs to compete in the state of PA.

The University of Pennsylvania hosts the race every April at Franklin Field in Philadelphia. Some notable participants in the 1982 relay included John Hunter and Rodney Wilson of Villanova University.
