This soft t-shirt is from the Special Olympics in Essex County in New Jersey. In 1962, Eunice Kennedy Shriver opened a summer camp in her backyard for children with intellectual disabilities to play and participate in sports. Her mission was well-received, and soon became the foundation for the Special Olympics. By the mid-80s, Special Olympics programs gained recognition and support, spreading to more than 50 countries around the world.

The tag says large, but this shirt fits like a modern unisex adult medium.
