This 80s tee celebrates the Oshkosh Grand Champion of 1983, the Maxair Drifter. The high-wing monoplane made its debut as a prototype at the Oshkosh Fly In in 1982, where it was stationed on display. Designed by Roy Pinner, the Drifter was built with a Hummer kit, and released as an improved version of the Hummer from Maxair.

Today, the Drifter is still produced, now known as the Lockwood Drifter. Maxair went out of business in ’97, and the Drifter design was picked up by Lockwood Aircraft.

This shirt fits like a modern unisex adult small. Shirt is soft.
